In order to give yourself the best opportunity to find the perfect employer and career fit, it is important to take the time to think through these questions and envision what you want out of your future. This is not an easy process and UDA will be there to support you and work with you as you give yourself the best possibility for success.

Step 2: Draft Your RESPONSES
We suggest beginning a Word Document or Google Doc to flesh out your responses and save them to return to at a later date. Keep in mind this information may be useful to include in future resumes or personal statements.

Step 4: FILL OUT THE FORM WITH YOUR ANSWERS
Please note: If you have additional photos you are able to include or links to projects or anything else that would be helpful to include in your portfolio (either to highlight your personal or academic achievements or experience) please email them to Dr. Brain Haley and we will be happy to add them for you.
STEP 5: WE WILL BUILD YOUR PORTFOLIO PAGE
Based on your submission, we will build you out a portfolio page. We will contact you when it is ready to view. This is what potential employers will have access to.
