Itinerary HighLights*

Day 1: Sunday, November 23

• Arrival at London Heathrow and transportation to accommodations.
• Check-in at the Holiday Inn in Cheltenham.
• Team dinner in Cheltenham.
• Meet and greet with GCAFC and UDA staff at Tiger Turf Stadium.
• Evening training session at GCAFC.

Day 2: Monday, November 24

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Morning training session at GCAFC.
• Visit the student union (players only).
• Presentation on the University of Gloucestershire (UoG) overview and international opportunities, including a Q&A session.
• UDA presentation and tour of UoG sports facilities.
• Dinner at Gloucester Quays.
• Meet GCAFC coaching staff and CEO.

Day 3: Tuesday, November 25

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Morning preparation for the evening game at Oxstalls Campus.
• Excursion to Bourton-on-the-Water for sightseeing.
• Overview of UDA's strength and conditioning program at Oxstalls.
• Dinner at Gloucester Quays.
• Evening game against local opposition.

Day 4: Wednesday, November 26

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Q&A session with student ambassadors at Oxstalls.
• Full-day trip to Warwick Castle and Stratford-upon-Avon for cultural exploration.
• Dinner in Cheltenham.

Day 5: Thursday, November 27 (Thanksgiving)

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Morning training session at Oxstalls.
• Visit Gloucester Cathedral for a cultural experience.
• Thanksgiving dinner for the tour group at Oxstalls.
• Joint Thanksgiving dinner with UoG men’s team.

Day 6: Friday, November 28

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Recovery session at Oxstalls.
• Individual academic meetings as needed at respective campuses.
• Meeting with UDA support staff at Oxstalls.
• Dinner at Gloucester Quays.

Day 7: Saturday, November 29

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Free time in Cheltenham for shopping and relaxation.
• Afternoon game against local opposition.
• Dinner at Gloucester Quays.
• Evening player presentations at the hotel.

Day 8: Sunday, November 30

• Early morning departure to the airport for flights home.
