UDA may provide, arrange, coordinate, or support transportation for players in connection with UDA Soccer Academy activities.
This may include transportation to or from:

- Matches
- Team events
- Academic or university activities
- Partner club or academy activities
- Airport transfers
- Accommodation or housing
- Meetings
- Tours
- Program-related travel
- Other UDA-related activities
Transportation Arrangements
Transportation may be provided, arranged, or coordinated by UDA staff, approved drivers, contracted transportation providers, partner organizations, public transportation, private vehicles, ride-share services, taxis, or other transportation arrangements approved or coordinated by UDA.
Players are expected to follow all transportation instructions, schedules, meeting points, safety expectations, and staff directions provided by UDA.

Player Responsibilities
Players must:
Players who fail to follow transportation expectations may lose the privilege of using UDA-arranged transportation or may face disciplinary action.
- Arrive on time for transportation.
- Wear seatbelts where available.
- Follow driver and staff instructions.
- Behave respectfully and safely.
- Avoid distracting the driver.
- Keep vehicles clean and undamaged.
- Respect other passengers.
- Notify UDA staff immediately of any safety concern.
- Notify UDA staff promptly if they are delayed, lost, unable to attend, or have a transportation-related issue.
Players who fail to follow transportation expectations may lose the privilege of using UDA-arranged transportation or may face disciplinary action.
Transportation Risks
Transportation involves risks, including but not limited to traffic delays, accidents, injury, illness, lost property, weather delays, schedule changes, route changes, vehicle issues, public transportation delays, and other unexpected events.
UDA will take reasonable steps to arrange safe and appropriate transportation but cannot eliminate all risks connected to travel.

Alternative Transportation
If a player chooses not to use transportation provided, arranged, or coordinated by UDA, the player and/or parent/guardian is responsible for arranging safe and appropriate alternative transportation.
Players must still meet required arrival times, schedules, attendance expectations, and participation requirements.
UDA should be notified in advance if a player will not be using transportation that has been arranged or coordinated by UDA.

Travel Communication
Players are responsible for checking UDA communication channels for transportation schedules, updates, meeting points, changes, and instructions.
Players must communicate promptly with UDA staff if they are delayed, lost, unable to attend, or have a transportation-related issue.

By signing the annual UDA Player Agreements & Consents in UDA Connect, I acknowledge that:
- I have read and understand the UDA Transportation Waiver.
- I understand that UDA may provide, arrange, coordinate, or support transportation for academy activities.
- I understand that transportation involves risk.
- I agree to follow all transportation rules, schedules, meeting points, safety expectations, and staff instructions.
- I accept responsibility for my conduct while travelling with or on behalf of UDA.
- I understand that failure to follow transportation expectations may result in disciplinary action.
Parent/Guardian Acknowledgement, Where Applicable
By signing the Parent/Guardian Annual Agreements & Responsibilities in UDA Connect, I acknowledge that:
- I have reviewed and understand the UDA Transportation Waiver.
- I understand that UDA may provide, arrange, coordinate, or support transportation for academy activities.
- I consent to the player using UDA-arranged or UDA-coordinated transportation where applicable.
- I understand that transportation involves risk.
- I agree to support the player in following all transportation rules, schedules, safety expectations, and staff instructions.
