UDA Football Men's Academy
University of Gloucestershire
The Men’s Football Academy at the University of Gloucestershire offers year round playing and is partnered with professional club Gloucester City AFC representing their U21 Gloucester City AFC team in the U21 Midland
League GCAFC.
In addition games against selected youth academy teams as well as university teams are scheduled. UDA will train and play their games at TigerTurf Stadium | Gloucester City AFC.
The Academy is headed by Programme Director, Mal Saville and Head of Coaching Dave Nichols. Both have had professional experience as coaches, scouts and playing.
UDA provides additional academic, social and cultural student support through UDA's student support office overseen by Liane Hyde. This is in addition to the support provided for international students at the University of Gloucestershire through their International office.
