Integrated partnership with Chester FC Women’s Team — UDA Chester Women serve as the official development squad for the Tier 5 & 6 club.
Access to Chester FC Women’s coaching staff, including shared training sessions and potential first-team call-ups.
Training and match preparation led by UEFA-qualified coaches, including female coaches.
Strength and conditioning, sports psychology*, and nutrition sessions* integrated throughout the season.
Small-group and individual development sessions scheduled around academic commitments.
Player performance analysis and GPS tracking.
Physiotherapy, injury management, and rehabilitation services for injury assessments and recovery support.
Competitive fixture schedule against local and regional opponents, including:
- Liverpool Women’s Youth League fixtures
- FA Women’s National League Development Squad matches
- British University (BUCS) matches
Minimum of 20 matches per year (with potential for more).
All games recorded and live-streamed where possible.
Formal player evaluations conducted twice per academic year.

Home games played at Vulcan FC and Chester fc Deva stadium
Training and matches hosted at King Goerge training complex in chester and Chester university facilities.
Use of UOC’s Exton campus for daytime small group and recovery sessions
High-performance support environment aligned with professional club standards

Oversight of academic success and transition by UDA program staff
Collaboration with the University of Chester international student services
Direct access to the UDA Program Director for guidance on academic, athletic, and personal matters
Parent Advisory Committee to provide a feedback loop, family engagement, and updates throughout the academic year
